As a general guideline, and for the most common size, the overall width of the Plain Bed General is 36″ and the length is 88″. Sleeping area is 36″ in width and 80″ in length. Some of our beds are available in a wider configuration (42″, 48″, and 54″) and up to 88″ in length when used with a length extension.
